Holbrook Digital Consultancy is led by Camilla Nightingale, a strategic and operational digital consultant with over 20 years of experience gained from international retailers Tiffany & Co., Smythson and Monica Vinader. Her specialist experience in e-Commerce, Digital Marketing and CRM allows her to work with her clients to deliver profitability and operational excellence across their digital presence.

With success in delivering digital growth and international business strategies to develop e-Commerce opportunities, she has gained significant insight and skill in optimising platforms and user journeys, improving performance and conversion and producing engaging content to drive sales. Matched with growing reach and awareness by driving traffic from multiple sources across SEM, display, affiliates, email, retargeting and social media, Camilla has delivered highly successful and profitable digital solutions.

CRM development and execution has also played an important role in Camilla’s experience. From creating a single customer view and segmentation programmes to delivering aligned outreach strategies across print and digital media, Camilla has developed highly successful retention and engagement programmes, increasing database value, reducing churn and delivering effective, profitable campaigns.

Camilla has also lead and produced holistic Marketing and Communications projects, shaping and delivering campaigns across multi-media touchpoints. This has included brand shaping and developing, asset production, storytelling and messaging across Retail, Wholesale, Franchise and Digital channels. This holistic ability to deliver consistent messaging and pervasive awareness has lead to many successful product launches and brand development campaigns, delivering increased reach and sales success.

Other projects have included shaping and delivering e-Commerce support areas such as contact centres, distribution and logistics solutions including the installation and optimisation of IT systems, organisational restructuring and staff training, change management, vendor selection and cross functional project leadership.

Camilla is an active member of IMRG (UK industry association for e-retail) and Wired Sussex and holds an MBA from Westminster University.
